Mission
Address key challenges facing youths in Lira City, including unemployment, limited access to quality education, inadequate healthcare, and poor infrastructure.
Key Initiatives
1. Job Creation and Entrepreneurship through establishing youth entrepreneurship programs, provide access to capital, and create job opportunities in various sectors, such as carpentry and joinery, tailoring, welding and metal fabrication and others.
2. Quality Education and Skills Development by Improving access to quality education, vocational training, and mentorship Also ensuring proper awareness of any scholarship opportunities through workshops and seminars , example Master card Foundation,HSFB,BRAC and others to ensure academically sounded students but with limited access to higher level of education to utilize such opportunities.
3. Healthcare and Wellness by enhancing healthcare services, promote healthy lifestyles, and provide mental health support , example Organizing medical camp and check ups, and so many others .
4. Infrastructure Development advocacy for improved infrastructure, including roads, electricity, and water supply.
5. *Social Support and Community Engagement*. Address social issues, promote positive values, and engage youths in community development.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders, including government, private sector, and civil society organizations.
2. Develop and implement programs tailored to youths’ needs.
3. Establish a youth advisory council to ensure youth participation and feedback.
