The process of choosing new leaders for the local financial groups, known as PDM SACCOs, in three parts of Dokolo South Constituency has now successfully finished. This smooth conclusion was achieved with the direct help and oversight from the Resident District Commissioner (RDC)’s office.
During this important period, the RDC issued a very strong warning against any form of illegal charging or demanding money from members. This clear message is crucial to protect the community, especially those who rely on government support through the PDM program. The aim is to make sure that these vital funds, intended to help people start or grow their businesses and improve their lives, reach them completely and without any unfair deductions or corruption. The RDC’s office is dedicated to ensuring these resources truly empower our citizens and are not misused by anyone.
