Nuwamanya Allan, professionally known as Allan Rote Music Official, is a professional upcoming Ugandan artist from Kazo District in Mbarara City, Uganda.Born to Tusime Grace and Binomugisha Exevia, Allan grew up in a supportive family alongside his siblings: Kato Lambert, Kakuru Albert, Arikiriza Ritah, and Owembabazi Comfort.Driven by a passion to tell real stories through music, Allan launched his career with his debut single "Ekibozi" ft. City Boy Music Ug.
