Pastor Silas Okello shared a chilling account of a mother who went into premature labor just outside the hospital gates. Because the facility lacked the equipment to stabilize her tiny infant, the baby was wrapped in a simple blanket and sent on a desperate journey to a referral hospital in Lira, only to be pronounced dead upon arrival.
