As the UPC Aspiring Mp Oyam South Constituency, I am committed to the following with Hope Alive built on our Basic Needs.
1. *My Mission:* Building a brighter future for our community. Together, we face challenges in Healthcare Services, Education, Road infrastructure, Economic and/or Bussiness that demand urgent attention.
2. *My vision is clear:* To improve quality healthcare services and access to Eseential medicines services and to transform our schools (Inclusive P/S, SS & Institutions) into centers of excellence and improved Road infrastructure.
3. KEY in the agenda is Better representation with anticipation of FRONTING Local Developments PI ATEDERO PI Wan DUCU & This calls for An Aspirant with The knowledge of Local Challenges facing the Electorates & That’s none other than ( *Dr Odongo Richard Manday UPC Mp Oyam South 2026-2031* )
*I PROPOSE PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS AS TO:*
1. Upgrading our local health facilities, ensuring affordable healthcare for all, and investing in modern educational resources to empower our children for success. With a background in the fields of Education & Health, achievable through the already established GoU channels. I am ready to lead with integrity and accountability.

1. I don’t want My Electorates to think that, ALL the community Basics &/or primary needs like Water (Boreholes construction or Wells), Infrastructures (Health Facilities, Schools & Roads) Developments can be achieved through single handed, but through collabortive approaches with available GoU Efforts on ground.
